I don't know why I've never tried this before. It's so easy. These homemade tortilla chips are going to be a staple anytime we have Mexican food for dinner. Step 1: You've got to start with the right tortillas. I love these. Tear each corn/flour tortilla into four triangles and put on a greased baking sheet. Step 2: Drizzle olive oil and squeeze lime juice over each triangle. Step 3: Sprinkle salt, cumin, and chili powder to taste. (Sidenote: Pink salt is the best!) Step 4: Bake on 350 for 7 minutes. Then flip the chips and bake an additional 7 minutes. So yummy! Enjoy!
